Irish Coffee Cake in a Mug
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. baking powder
pinch salt
1 Tbsp. butter, softened
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. applesauce
few drops vanilla
1 drop green food coloring
Streusel:
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Mix first 8 ingredients in mug. In separate bowl, mix Streusel ingredients. Pour on top of batter in mug. Bake in microwave on high for 50-80 seconds. If not done, cook in 10 second intervals until done. Enjoy!
