Yes, there really is an Irish Baker,(actually that should be “bakers”)
Charlie French (and the late Jack Derrig) have been baking their wonderful
confection for 20+ years. Perhaps you’ve had the chance to
sample some of their great shortbread at one of the Irish/Celtic Festivals.
If you have, then you know it’s some of the best there is!
