When does my credit card get charged?
When we receive an order we first request an authorization from your credit card company. The actual charge to your credit card occurs prior to shipping the order.
What is your return policy?
If you change your mind we will be happy to exchange the item’s or refund your money minus the shipping charges. We can not accept returns on personalized items. Return Merchandise Authorization MUST be requested within 10 days of receipt of purchase.
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) All REFUSED shipments and shipments RETURNED WITHOUT a RMA will be subject to a 50% restock charge.
All items must have the original manufacturer packing and/or tags, insert literature etc…and must be packaged properly to eliminate damage.
Please allow 10-14 days for your credit card credit to be processed on your return or damaged goods.

We are sorry personalized and all clearance items can not be returned or exchanged.
Please Note: ALL sales on clearance items are final. No returns will be accepted. Exchanges permitted for different sizes in clothing, if available.
Can I return Engagement and Wedding Rings? Wedding rings are made to order and can not be returned with the exception of size adjustments. Customer is responsible for return shipping to Ireland and reshipping.
